Don, looking for clarifications on your comments: when you say 7-13 are you talking of starting a decline (top in this period) or end of a decline (bottom in this period). As for 7900-7500 : we are near 7820 and 7850 is resistance. Does this mean this is the top today (i.e. if we do not take resistance out today or next week) Kiri

Don, what is interesting about the market over the past few weeks is that even with all of the upside that we see from time to time, my system has not been able to generate a buy signal. Even during the major uptrends we had over the past three years, I would get sell signals from time to time. If we get over your stair-step levels, what does that mean in terms of the next level of resistance--and what it means for the prospects for a further decline??
