Syd,

Quick correction: You can buy Bearx almost up to the close of trading depending on the broker you have. I place my orders online through Fidelity. I have been able to get buys and redemptions up to 10 minutes before the close of trading. Check with your broker they have different time limits. Some it's up to 2 hours before the close.
In markets like these critical moves often happen in the last hour of trading. I have done quite well jumping in and out of this fund in the last 2 months. Right now I am assuming all rallies will be sold into. So I am just adding to my shares with rallies. Some will perceive yesterdays low as the proverbial double bottom that define lows of declining market. This next rally could continue into options expiration next friday.
