Lawyers won't take much. Corporate lawyers are paid a retainer, not some big percentage of the take. $11 million is about twice what I hoped for, and the other companies being sued may also have settled. There hasn't been much discussion of how bad the earnings will be. It's interesting to see that the current analysts estimates of -0.07 or -0.08 aren't enough to qualify as the "several million" that we heard about in the press release. Any thoughts? Simon
