Jack, so its your feeling that Mory will not sell for less than $70? It's my opinion, that any buyout price will be based on the market's current valuation of the stock. ASND will likely be settling into a new trading range of high 30's to mid 40's, based on the market's revaluation of ALL stocks. It's probably too much to expect LU to pay $70 when the market reaction will be to immediately bring the price of both stocks down upon announcement. If LU makes an offer soon, it will probably be slightly less than 1 for 1. I think Mory would take it. Gary
