He should've take the $90mil that Casey offered last time he was in bankruptcy. If he had done so, it would probably have led others to adopt x2 as their 56k of choice, and a lot of losses in the industry would have been profits instead. Rockwell would have still been the loser, but it would've happened sooner and they wouldn't have taken the whole industry down with them. All because of Dennis Hayes' ego. Didn't Paul Allen take a large equity stake in Hayes?
