IMHO a weaker dollar and a stronger market (the strengthening may be merely a 1 1/2 day wonder) will make it less likely that he will lower rates, or perhaps that he will significantly lower (i.e. 50 bp). At any rate, I don't think he will do anything until the next FOMC meeting. That would be most out of character.
