Sorry, it was late and I was doing it in my head...I stand corrected...The market says PRWT is worth $12 million.
As far as Insider Trading...I would go with the $30 million number and be very happy if they can pull that much.
If anybody cares I have some facts regarding on-line brokers.
Refernce: Bloomberg
- There are currently 84 on-line brokerages.
- There are currently 4.9 million on-line accounts.
- 17% of all trades are now placed via the Internet.
There is a Company called WIT Capital that has been approved by the SEC for a trial of the "Digital Stock Market". You will be able to trade directly with other Investors (with no high priced software)without going through a broker or MM. If the trade can not be filled on the Digital Stock Market...then it will be forwarded to the Nasdaq, NYSE, or AMEX as applicable to be filled by a MM or specialist.
If nothing else...On-line trading is getting interesting.
