Far from the same thing, that's only a fancy telephony switch. Notice how you have to tell it what number you will be at in advance, also - I don't see any mention of simultaneous access. In other words if you're doing data-only remote access you can forget getting or making any calls until you shut down your modem. Please remember that the most important advantage of Be There! is the ability to place and receive phone calls simultaneously while you're connected to your corporate network doing other work.
