a lot of us are waiting for the official announcements of signed contracts (and rightly so). The share price is at this level because these contracts are still pending....at this time.

One thing to keep in mind: before contracts in foreign countries with foreign telcos are signed, a lot of leg work/"building blocks" has to be done (think of the connections needed to meet the right people, the expenses required to establish such working relationships, the knowledge of different cultures that are necessary to make deals with people from various regions,etc..).To me, these types of "work"/"connections" has a certain VALUE/WORTH that is not reflected in the price, since it is not readily translatable in terms of balance sheets/revenues. This "knowledge/connections", however, has a certain worth that will eventually result in signed contracts. It is not a tangible asset like a building, a piece of machinery,etc.. that could be part of a company "book value". However, although intangible, it is definitely a very valuable "asset" in my opinion, since without this intangible "asset", you would get no contracts (in many ways, it is even more valuable than the tangible asset,IMO)!! How do you place a value on "knowledge/expertise/connections"??

Of course, since the contracts are not yet signed and announced, most investors don't appreciate the "value" of these "intangible" assets. However, I look on these "intangibles" as being very valuable "building blocs" (at times even more valuable than the "tangible" assets) that will eventually result in signed contracts.

To Jane at 29004: I am getting to like naysayers. The kind who put chips on the table. Now the wager is that DGIV will sign a revenue bearing contract and trade above $2 for 10 consecutive days b/t now and Feb. 12,1999. Do you want in? I say yes and Coffee Pot says no.
I see no need to be rude to one another. I respect your right to offer your opinion and wager accordingly. Please confirm. The entry fee is one grand. A modest enough sum-just enough to make it interesting. That way everyone knows that we are both serious.

Ronald-o...

Whoa! Whoa!!

Pardon me..I have not traded in and out of this stock in the past! FYI..as I have told others prior, I bought into DGIV 3x at .44, .48 and 1.25 and sold my shares in different batches between $7.75 and $4.
Please do not put a spin on this. I did not, never have daytraded DGIV!

The stock action at the moment would not make a good daytrade.

The reason I revisited this thread was because of a post of Brooke Stevens..not to pick your pocket. Get real!

I think you are paranoid, Ronald-o. And jealous of others success.

Again, please let me remind you I am not a guy, crossdresser, or pick-pocket.

Geez. You really have a complex, dont you??

Please, Ronald-o....give it a rest and I shall.

Peace.
