David, I really don't know the answers to your questions. There's talk on the itwo thread that they had a good quarter so I guess we'll have to wait and see. I would also like to understand about preannouncing and why some companies seems to do it and others don't. Seems like it's up to the company. With respect to the quiet period maybe someone can help out here...Last week itwo announced a deal with Boeing...yet itwo is in their quiet period so this surprised me. What exactly are the rules with respect to the quiet period??? Melissa
