Hi Jerry, Well it's long story but here is the short version, After selling the shop and working for a small company in the area, I have desided to change the way I do things. I will be starting a manufacturers rep biz (already have several lines ) and with my brother inlaw a real estate biz and the posibility of trading full time, while there in august I visited a soes type operation and it did go very well. As for the weather, I was there in August when everyone said " this is as bad as it gets " ? we will see... hey I won't miss the cold up here in Phila When I get set up I'll let you know more.

Hi Jerry, Well the short version is that I need a change and I will be starting a mfg rep biz ( already have several lines ) also a real estate deal with my brother inlaw. As for the weather, I was there in August and they said " this is as bad as it gets " you know 90 % humidity here and 98 % in Houston what's the differance ? we will see...
