Joe, once quite some time ago, I was concerned about shorting and I called Fidelity and asked about moving my shares out of margin or taking possession. They told me that bulletin board stocks could not be loaned for shorting. I have read that MMs can short non existing stock, in other words creating more stock than is actual in the float. I am a novice where these things are concerned so I am just offering what I was told.

Joe, Per your post: "They did
not believe just how loyal most DCI share holders are."

Shareholders being loyal may have something to do with the lack of panic selling, but it's my opinion that most of the remaining DCI shareholders have held because they are satisfied that the underlying fundamentals have been improving over time as the share price tanked and are holding now based on that fundamental value. Stocks of poor companies go down all of the time and many never recover. Stocks of good companies that keep control of their shares seem to almost always recover and I think that we have an excellent chance of this happening. A short squeeze does have the potential to do some amazing things for this stock, but I don't think that we even need it. If this overhead just leaves for good IMO, this stock will probably surprise us all, even without a squeeze, or any help from the rest of the markets.
