For those of you who don't read Raging Bull here is a very interesting post which addresses many of the concerns recently brought up here. I would also note that this poster's previous 'insights' about RNTK have been notably accurate in the past:

Radio Free, in response to some new seed funding and overall lack of "facts and truth" in cyberland about RNTK...is back and transmitting. (at least for today). Coug, I for one know EXACTLY how ya feel...keep up the good posts on all things chemical, I get your "cryptic" (ha ha ha) messages on why pure syngas is a longshot for RNTK, and not so for bottoms (it's the economics)...I wish people would listen to you on this, and to ole JR on the conversion issue.

Awright, let's blow some carbon out of some bad info and generally ridiculous thinking out there. First, the pr excluded certain financial data for one very important reason... And yes, RNTK is being "looked at" by several concerns...remember, TX has exclusive license for bottoms (and the right to SUB-LICENSE). But, all the attention toward RNTK is not exclusively "bottoms-related".

Now, about the lack of "TX" cross-reference in the release. I have no idea if it was oversight or intentional. But, in all reality people, does anyone believe that Yahoo's TX board is a missing "key"? Hardly! The real crucial eyes have seen this news, and if my earlier info is correct, RNTK has in place a plan to "promote" the TX deal in a certain industry only brokerage research periodical.

Now, about this newly discovered (sic) topic of preferred convertibles. The class "A" have been sold along with warrants for class "B"...the issue is further SALES of preferreds, not further dilution. There are some more preferreds to be converted...look for 50 mil float. Was no one listening to JR back in June?

The deal with TX will provide the company with the means to secure more conventional, and common friendly, financing instruments. Let's see if Global Services earns their retainer. I was informed that this outfit has assisted other companies in securing financing, they now have reason to "promote" RNTK...let's see it. Look for the dominoes to start falling, if they produce as some have told yours truly.

Near-term should continue to be positive in terms of news coming from Denver. Now will that relate directly and in an appreciable fashion to the common price? I believe it will, but most all should really consider the long-term horizon. Took this long to get to the first "deal" (with Texaco, no less!) Give Yak and Benham and Samuels, a wee chance to transfer some of the great job announced last week to the bottom line. I think, wink-nod-nudge, you'll all be happy.

Now, it's a celebratory weekend...let's act that way! Who brought the ice?, I be making the cocktails...Chi-Chi's for everyone.

Again, watch what ya read (especially believe) out there...nitwits abound.

Some "Sam & Dave", 'Soothe Me'.....
