Why don't you have correct information before you post? "Just think - they took the time and trouble to print and distribute 850,000,000 of their shares" - WRONG This subject has been beaten to death. For your benefit, here it is again. The float is 220 million shares and the outstanding shares total 609 million, including a majority that are restricted and cannot be traded. The restricted shares are used for acquisitions. "but they can't find the time or inclination to file with the SEC." WRONG - Another subject that has been beaten to death. The company is currently having its 10Q prepared by its accountants for the quarter ending September 30, 1998, and hope to have it completed by the end of the month. They are not trying to hide anything. The financial statements will be filed with the S.E.C. Man, with the number of illegitimate companies out there, it amazes me that a company that has six web sites and is a reporting company is scrutinized so much. They must be doing something right to draw this much attention!
