It doesn't appear to have any simultaneous capabilities - in other words it's pretty much the same as a lot of other CTI products that have been out in the field for years. That is one of those that integrates telephony switches into the server as opposed to using the existing PBX and sending commands to it.

Sure - it has a place in the world but I'd expect it to be more attractive to a new or growing business that doesn't already have a PBX system in place.
