As marcos observed earlier, you guys are obsessed with what you hope is a realistic float figure. Me, I prefer to think in terms of outstanding. Don't forget: restrictions don't last forever, and people who sell their companies are apt to want to see some real profit as quickly as possible.

Can't wait to see those audited financials.
