What ever happened to the commitment of Caye Chapel to advance $2 million dollars
to Oilex when the money is requested by Oilex. This commitment was announced at the beginning of 1998 and the first two installments were announced as funded; $150,000 in January and $100,000 in February. The advances were to be converted to shares of Oilex
at $2 per share. This was a definite commitment by Caye Chapel and accepted and
agreed to by the management of both companies. This action was never rescinded.
In January and February 1998 the management of both companies was under the
control of Allen Burditt, and this ploy was meant to support the market price of Oilex
while Burditt kept selling shares of Oilex; and to make Caye Chapel appear to be a company loaded with cash to enable Burditt to sell shares of Caye Chapel. Now the new management
of Caye Chapel is obligated to keep the commitment or be held accountable. It is time
for the new management of Oilex to call in this commitment or receive compensation.

You have a good reminder WSMAVEN. It would be ironic that Burditt's classic act
of misleading news releases would catch up with the new team at CAYC, that is working
with the empty shell company.
OK, MR President of Caye Chapel, and the Board of Caye Chapel, and the shareholders of Chaye Chapel, and including Mr and Mrs Allen and Robin Burditt;
Oilex Inc hereby
DEMANDS that you honor your commitment and fund the balance of the $2,000,000
Debenture or at least a substantial third installment at this time. You have the right to convert into shares of Oilex at any time at $2 per share.
