Excellent question - asking the customers what they think of the product is imho the best way to judge its future, while it also provides an opportunity to compare the company's forward-looking statements to its performance in Real Life. The story on the company website about IT makes it sound positively revolutionary. Surely on the traders' heaven that is SI, someone has tried it?
