OK, Bob, shoot me, but I think the signals in the SAR scan you sent are reversed. The sell should be when the price falls below SAR, and the buy when price rises above it.

I think it should be:

if buysell = 0 then println symbol," Sell on ",
date(flipday),",",close(flipday):6:3; endif;
if buysell = 1 then println symbol," Buy on ",
date(flipday),",",close(flipday):6:3; endif;
