To the best of my knowledge, PRWT was worth around 1/2 cent until June 1st when the first news release was issued (the one announcing the reverse merger that was to create PanAmerican BanCorp). I bought in on the following day for under two cents. More releases were issued over the next two weeks, elaborating what the company saw in its future. The nice, steady, daily rise and clear-cut premise (worthless shell reverse merges into company with some value... possibly great potential) made PRWT the hot internet OTC play for the entire month of June. On June 18th, that enthusiasm climaxed as the stock hit 12.5 cents and began its inevitable descent on the Belize fiasco and the fact that no financials had been filed.

Once financials are filed, I have every confidence that PRWT will move back up and possibly exceed 12.5 cents. Right now, it's probably fairly valued in the 2-4 cent range. I'm happy to hold and see.
