People that knowingly make false statements and accusations are now under the Scrutiny of the SEC and corporate attorneys!! Then you'd better watch out, hadn't you? Those, ah, Rosy predictions of a share price at $4 to $6 sound to me like deliberate misrepresentations engaged in for the purpose of hyping this stock. And I doubt that your effusions find any more favor with company officials--if they're competent--than they would with the SEC.
