The only place I recall this particular definition of corruption from, in my 12 years of Catholic school. More or less on this particular off topic, amazon.com came up with the following "also bought" list for this book: Sister Carrie; Theodore Dreiser Tobacco Road; Erskine Caldwell Appointment in Samarra; John O'Hara Those are all beyond my somewhat sparse, middle brow reading background. I admire your composure, but for the life of me I don't know what to say in response to "The sexual revolution was due to the end of public school prayer / the end of Western Civilization is due to liberals". I'd be happy to just let it pass, if there weren't so many people here spouting the same line.
