Elers as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Elers will become involved in the public affairs of Hanover, including presentations to gold analysts, securities dealers, and the financial markets. He will be seeking out and evaluating new opportunities for the Company to broaden its property base, as well as investigating mutually beneficial business alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships. He will also be involved in shareholder affairs and possible equity placements.
