Your point is valid, but I do not see any controversy with my original post.

% of successful Class Actions may be low. Still I do believe they are filed for profit, not as a public service.
As far as I can see, any Co with stock price drop is a potential target.
Before July amount of such targets was limited. After July more than 90% of the Cos may be considered as targets.
Law firms may either increase the amount of Class Actions announcements, or may try to increase probability of success by being more selective. In both cases income should grow.
