Note that Sid Bass, an 11% holder of G*, has taken a 20%/$100 million stake in CD Radio today.

As for VSAT, I think it is just such a small, thinly traded stock that on any given day, you see almost all buyers, or, more common lately, all sellers. The price moves accordingly. I know of no "big news" coming. It appears to be business as usual there.
