Does anyone think MER is a compelling short after this latest earnings fiasco? Or will the layoffs make them look sweet again?

I agree that Canada has some regulatory problems, especially the Alberta ( home of BRE-X)and Vancouver exchanges which cater to many penny stock companies in the mining and oil exploration business. However, the Nasdaq, in my opinion, is the worst of the worst. MM's get away with murder on the Nasdaq.
