You've got to wonder how a company with a working capital deficit of about $1.3 million can pay to lease a new property?

Unless, of course, as Richard suggests, the "lease" payments will consist of Chip shares currently selling for 6 cents.

Rand, <<skepticism from you is noticeably absent there>> My long term investment in the dirts is for profit at the end of the day. There is a big difference between the dirts based on that objective. CHIP has an element that demands wearing very high boots. My investment in CHIP (half that of Maxam) is shorter term than Maxam expecting CHIP to accidentally discover something, success certainly won't be purposeful. I keep a can of air deodorizer next to those CHIP certs. Keep fresh cut flowers next to my Maxam shares, prayer cards near GPGI's, and lit candles over IPM's. The space that held NAXOF now has more purpose collecting dust while my USPS shares are somewhere with dust bunnies. <VBG>
