Hi Peter, Thanks for bring that very optimistic article here for everyone. I am devoted to small caps whether they are devoted to me or not!! My current cash reserve is the lowest since 1987 and just a bit lower than 1990. I've planted plenty of cash seeds, now I'm just waiting for them to sprout nice greenbacks. Can't wait for the next harvest!
