The relevancy is in the sense of cheaper bandwidth is on the way. The cheaper the bandwidth, the more incentive for multi-national companies to establish SANs or companies sharing data via SANs. However, I expect initial SANs will be set up locally(within building complexes and no more than a few miles away). So, most of what was said in that post has no effect on Ancor. If anything, it's positive for the distant future.

Sorry I'm so late in getting back to you on the WCOM post, but for the most part, I agree with KJ. The one thing I saw as a positive was the centralized storage comment.
