Short NXTL???? Just talked with a broker that is saying Nextel is a short. Said just lost a large group of their senior sales people to US West and ICG. Apparently NXTL was talking with ICG and hoping to merge. However, what happened is they used the opportunity to walk off with a number of big guns from Nextel. Many were in or poised to go into management leaving a big void there. Sales force having problems because nobody guiding them and this is problems because they just hired a slew of new ones. They need help and assistance and can't get it. Service is not very good after the sale. Could be trouble down the road. Anybody hearing anything similar?????????
