"In my opinion, that is a greater feat than getting #6,000,000 itself."

Sorry to interject, but is there anyway to search SI based on a date/date range? If not, does anyone think that would be a good idea?

OK, back to 6M discussion.

Now that the excitement has died down, anybody ready & willing to answer a question about retrieving old posts?

So as not to repeat myself, let me repost the following:

Help, please, Brad, or anyone else --

In our To and From folders, we can find "the most recent" posts from us and to us. Is there any way to bring up older messages? Or do we have to go back to the threads where they were originally posted, and try to hunt them down? Some threads have a zillion posts, so it's rather like looking for a needle in a haystack...
