Frankly,it sounds like an excellent acquisition focusing TAVA on post Y2K growth particularly with Mangan's strength in the refining industry and the Biotech field. Acquisition is for stock and cash and the company is definitely profitable! Nothing weird about this at all.

Dear Rick: Weird acquisition today, huh? WHAT ACQUISITION . I have been offline all day--did TAVA acquire Raytheon? JDN ps: GUESS we will all know one way or the other in the wee hours of 1/1/2,000 as to the power. pss: Never mind I see the acquisition. Somewhat smaller than Raytheon. Guess thats NEXT. Not weird to me. Makes perfect sense with the large Mining companies they are working on. Bio Medical perhaps fits in with medical establishments. Ask at the conference call.
