The company recently sold off a product line to Interleaf Inc. Any word on how much cash they received for the sale? Couldn't see it in the press release.

Update with (OTC BB:SWEBF) CFO 10/13/98:In Perspective Present Value { SIGMA E (Alpha Software <http://www.alphasoftware.com> + SoftQuad Inc <http://www.softquad.com> + ONLINE merchant <http://www.onlinemerchant.com> } = 0.0 Conclusion: Q4 1998 should involve spinning off everything [the above] except NewKidCo...and pursuant to June conditional liability to NewKidCo founders...of which SQI will logically exercise...SoftQuad International will either be sold by June 1999 or renamed NewKidCo...?
