Loral landed Time Warner cable as an anchor on the Telstar 7 sat. The digital cable assets will provide a nice tenant for T7. In the "neighborhood" concept of satellites, a good client like Time Warner attracts others to the same sat so that ground stations pointing to T7 will receive a variety of programming. That makes it attractive for the cable stations. One dish receives multiple channels. Time Warner is certain to attract others. I am uncertain how to respond, but I think this is what is known as good news. It is foreign to me lately, but I think it is good.
