Maybe this will help. I looked into this company about six month ago, because a person whom I know well and who is a broker told me that his biggest client asked him to by several hundred thousand shares. He didn't know why so he asked me to research the company. This is what I found out:

1. This company was created as the shell for R&D firm(forget the name) in Israel.
2. The technology consisted of trying to manufacture Galium Arcenide (maybe mispelled) diods.
3. Those diod were much more durable and effective. I'm personally familiar with GaS because it is used in the industry I was in at the time. The chemical is extremely expensive.
4. There were talks of getting contracts with Motorola. From what I remember their cost for 1 diod was $4 and Motorola was willing to pay $1. They thought they could bring the cost down but apperently that didn't work.
5. At the time I asked a friend in Israel if he could find any info on mother company and he couldn't. It was not a publicly traded company.

In the nutshell that is all I know.

If anybody can get additional info. I would like to hear from you. I'm not a shareholder. But two facts intrigued me: technology seems to be useful if the price is right and somebody very rich bought a lot of shares out of the blue. Who knows maybe there is something there.

One more thing that comes to mind, I believe at the time I looked into this company they only had 9 million shares, I could be wrong.

Best Regards.
