Hi everyone, The Idiot Wave dropped again this week (that's ten weeks in a row) to 33% cash indicated for Stocks and 22% indicated for mutual funds. Oscillator is -8 this week. I'll have the full report tomorrow.

It's nice to see the IW closing in on a Low Risk reading. As painful as it's been, I'm pleased to have it showing lower risk.

Hi Tom- Instead of trusting my memory, I decided to look at real numbers and I now see that I'm down 17% since 12/31/97. I'm not sure that made me feel better... I was in worse shape on the first of January than I remembered!! :-)

In any case, it appears that I had better gains earlier in the year than I realized. Now I've got a bench mark in mind for measuring the rest of the year. Let's hope it's UP from here!
