As your Clinton question, the answer is NO. As I said to Michelle I would rather see 1 good parent than 2 lousy ones. Bill Clinton is a womanizer, Hillary is an enabler, I would have more respect for Hillary as a parent if she left the lying philanderer and by example taught her daughter that women deserve respect and should not be expected to live in an abusive environment....

Well, that was certainly the outcry 20 years ago when it was popular to say women couldn't have their own identity unless they left marriage to find themselves.

Ask the large number of people who've grown up without an involved father how they feel about that.

The folks (with some exceptions) who grew up and entered adult life from intact families certainly seem happy to have known and been influenced by both parents.
