doc, you misinterpreted me. I don't think LU is would wasting their time integrating the qudt sw in Lannet. In fact, I can't imagine why they bought qudt except to do just that. Essentially, XYLN spent a few months doing this. LU will spend less time doing it, because the qudt guys will be right there doing the work.

qudt + Lannet cost LU about $150M. XYLN would have cost them more than $600 or 700M. They have made their choice.

I doubt LU is interested in the incremental income qudt would add to their bottom line. They wanted the qudt technology, to integrate into their own products.

qudt will likely no longer be selling their wares on the open market. The sales and marketing guys will be looking for jobs, but the R&D guys will be roaming all around LU looking for products to enhance.
