Come, come now Dixon. All I heard for the last 3 months is "They are buying stock back". Now you want to make it sound like they are only buying a "few" shares. Get real.

Then you make it sound like this is such a great deal. Well, as I said before, it may be for the company. But for shareholders it is not such a good deal. For your information if they issue 1 share it is dilutive. Don't even go there.

<<...that REFR has revenues coming shortly from products that will be on the market most likely by June next year? >>

Well I suggest you go back and reread what YOU post last year. Now you are saying they will have a product out by NEXT June. Won't that be 1999? What happened to 1998? This is the same story we have heard since that news article in 1993 when Sax said we would have a product in 1994. Remember that? Call Joe and ask for a copy of The Security Traders Handbook, Volume 19, Number 1. They sent me the copy I have. Look in the paragraph under the heading "1993: The Turning Point?". See it. Yes, I know, History. And those who forget it are doomed to repeat it.

<<And what reason could you give for them asking for 1 penny less than $8.25 especially with the news that will be coming?>>

None, if we know for sure that news is coming. But what do we know for sure? That MSC is moving forward. That Hankuk is doing the same. But nobody can say for sure when there will ba a product on the market before it is announced. And nobody will know if the public will buy the product until it is on the market. So, yes it is possible they may need money in the next two years. And if they do, and we are still below $8.25, nobody will pay more than that. I suspect it will be a lot less if that happens. I just hope some of our friend here are wrong and it is not at the levels I've seen discussed.
