James, LU needs the network management piece across their whole line. Much like CSCO IOS, and ASND Navis.

Lannet will likely be just the first such integration. Forget about the royalties. If the software was that valuable, they couldn't have been purchased for $50M.

Jach there are several companies out there with similar IP name assignment and mangement software to qudt, including Bay. Making this new product the network standard is asking a bit much.
