Hmm. So was the co. lying (as they all do) when it said it was unaware of any reason for the recent drop its shares?:
biz.yahoo.com

Merger news must've leaked. The same thing happened yesterday with AHP/MTC merger. Market knows and the companies keep denying it.

OK. So PSQL has share dilution, and growing/merging pains and costs.

But does this justify the drop in stock price today? If someone's time-frame is long-term, doesn't this represent a good buying opportunity?

Also. I've been getting into ERP and SCM in a big way because my time-frame is beyond Y2K; and once that hurdle is over, the big software spending will resume. I currently have shares in INFM, MANU, and PSQL. I know that MANU has problems--please don't remind me--maybe i can lower my cost basis by selling CCs.

Does PSQL compete with INFM? If so, does anyone know the relative strengths and weaknesses?

Any comments appreciated. For now i'm sitting on the sidelines with PSQL and all the other software cos., and am not averaging down on anything. Rather, i keep looking for *new* bargains to pick up.
