Actully It has become a norm lately that stocks would go down even after a blow out earning report! (YHOO, AMD and momorrow watch out for INTC). PSFT management kept saying that its earning would be good. Therefore the expectation has been built in the stock. Even the earning meets the expectation, look down below!

Raptor,

It can get worse than this, irregardless of fundamentals. Look at what has happened to Smart Modular since April. This company had growth which is comparable to PSFT's old rates, and the rapt (pardon the pun) attention of the Street. It's PE got down to the 7-8 range after the CEO really pissed everyone off.
