GC, That's the beauty of it. How's this scenario. First a question, Did BTAB discuss anything with PSFT when they downgraded it for no apparent reason? I don't think they did. Why discuss anything with them now ? Please keep in mind this is a conspiracy theory as follows. I think BTAB was counting on PSFT showing up to defend themselves, BTAB throws a few cushy questions, PSFT answers as expected with a positive answer, BTAB now with updated information can upgrade PSFT again, (how many calls & shares do they have in time for Fridays expiration day, did I mention possibly bought at much less than a "real" fair market price). I think BTAB already had their upgrades printed, ready to mail, after this very positive meeting with PSFT. Here's the beauty of it, PSFT controlled it's own destiny by not showing up. Granted it drove the price down in the very short term,But more importantly, BTAB didn't get to pump the price up in time. Don't be surpised to see another house upgrade PSFT very quickly & when they do I'd question there timing and motives. That's my theory, time will tell. Best Regards,
