If it's not bad news you don't like it, do you?, well the article is in line with the IT shops we have been dealing with. I just completed the tests of 3 systems I am responsible for, all financial with lot's of dates, some are 2 digit years. Out of over 300 programs, one had to be fixed, it took about 3 lines of code.

I assume your skeptical about this too, I've been doing this type of work for 20 year now.
