Joe, there is a good chance that is the one. Davenport is a small town close by and the motel would fall in the Davenport postal district. Do you know if they are still open or not? Could be the closed up motel I saw wasn't the one or was it. A motel out in that area wouldn't be in the best location for the attractions but would be fine for WACC's project. Traveler's going to the attraction's would stay closer to Orlando or in the Kissimmee area. More motel's to choose from and closer to the action. I thought the price WACC paid for the motel was very good. Think they will give "special" rates to share holders? <g> Dan
