I WAS ABLE TO SPEEK WITH JOHN SCHMIDTZ THIS MORNING.
I am now very comfortable with the fact that I have added to my
PRWT holdings!! We discussed the following and here are some
of the results.

There will be no reverse split!!

DAVE, THE CEO JOHN SCHMIDTZ can be reached at
516-232-2221. I spoke to him today for about 10-15 minutes. He
strikes me as an HONORABLE , HARDWORKING, TRUSTING man.

We will again see players coming in to buy stock as cheaply as
possible utilizing scare/skepticism tactics This is one of the
reasons that I spoke to JOHN so I can justify my investment with
PRWT and be able to seperate fact from fiction from the

I think you have a valid questions re: the 740 million shares, I would be interested in answers also, other than "I promise not to do it." Also, have there been any sales in Belize?
