I am also showing today as a pivotal day for the intermediate term trend. An up day and I will have intermediate buy signal generated. I'm not sure that I will follow it, but it will be triggered.

INDEX UPDATE - INTRADAY

As indicated per per earlier INDEX UPDATE, the signs to watch today to see if this
downswing is intact is if 7885(yesterdays lows), was pierced to the downside(even if
we close positive), and if the DOW stays below 8084.

We did go below 7885 slightly. I normally require a 50 point buffer to say a signal is
significant. It is not significant enough yet but it is a hint.
