The Tail Wind filing is a filing for a proposed sale. It doesn't mean they will sell, it just keeps their options open. Maybe they will want to sell some if it runs to $30. Bob V.

Walter,

If Cal, Ken and Steve Snyder bought at 2 in July 98,
why wouldn't they (and other directors/officers)
buy at 1+ in Sept 98, particularly in light of the
positive news already released (InRange Sept 24)?

One possibility is that they too see the near term
ability of the preferred holders to maintain
control of share price in the 1+ vicinity.

This is actually the third time it's been spotted on this thread. What worries me is that the Tailwind fund appears to have a bad reputation for "death spiral" shenanigans... it's just hearsay - does anybody have more concrete info on them?
