Good Luck may be the key words in this post. I wonder what Zack's uses to get these numbers? We have some projections of new sales coming from chip packaging, but at this point it is all hopes for things to come.

In the day to day business of wires for drives, they have trouble. They are surely loosing revenues as evidenced by results we see. They are taking steps to change this, but in the end it's a situation filled with risk.

I am under the impression that they will have trouble making sequential growth. That would put them under the 19 cent estimate you have.

I don't think earnings will support you next month. It will all revolve around forward projections and the all important news that a new customer is using FSA. I think without that, there is little reason to buy INVX. Perhaps they'll ride along on the news of other companies.

Maybe something can be gathered from the Seagate conference call?

It's a weird day. There seems to be 2 groups slugging it out. Are PC sales looking good or not? AMD and Intel doing well, but little faith that it can hold? Compaq saying things are looking positive. Again, doing well by what standard? You show earnings projections for next year. It would be interesting for you to go back a year and see how much these projections have been cut from when the stock traded over $40.

So, what's going to make Innovex go up? I think it's likely that it's fairly valued here at least on what we know today. Give us a new customer. Maxtor, can you save the day?

Regards,

Mark

I would ignore anything regarding 1999 in the way of estimates until at least late november if not early december.....I don't think anyone has a clue yet about 1999 one way or the other. as to 1998....guess the proof is in the pudding.....but still there is added risk in any bear market cloud.....people just won't make investments in much of anything let alone INVX, good story or not.....unless the story is absolutely bullet proof.....say a surpise in the flex program or the chip packeging ramp up.... something really spectacular....
