Hmm.. so if it's questionable whether Cendant's Software division
will bring $1 billion, and TLC is valued at $1.5 billion, then does
that imply that TLC is overvalued? I'm not aware of the earnings
of Cendant's Software division -- does anyone have a better idea of
how to evaluate these two market caps?
